2. Does the EGCard cost anything?

Yes. There is an annual fee, which varies depending on the nature of your organisation. The one-off annual fee will subsequently be offset by the savings that the EGCard will generate throughout the usage period of the card. A great strength of the EGCard is that your workforce can receive optimum development at a competitive rate.  The card provides a comprehensive range of services and benefits delivered by divisions with years of experience of working with the public sector.

3. What do I have to do to get an EGCard?

In order to register your interest in the EGCard, please email egcard@govnet.co.uk, and you will receive further information. We will work with you to develop an appropriate package that meets your requirements and that assists with staff training and development.

4. What help is available?

You can get advice, guidance and assistance from a relevant representative from GovNet Events, Inside Government or Understanding ModernGov. 5. What controls can you have with EGCard?

There are a number of control features that you can utilise with the EGCard. These controls can be set around the specific requirements of individual cardholder purchases. The EGCard allows you to restrict the number of events individual cardholder's can purchase.

The EGCard allows you to pre-set the amount of money the cardholder can spend on each single transaction, and the total amount they can spend in any monthly billing cycle. For example, if you only want the card-holder to spend a maximum of ??500 (including VAT) on any one transaction, then any attempt by the card-holder to purchase an item over ??500 would be blocked by the system.

The EGCard also allows you to control the total monthly spend of each individual card-holder - the EGCard should therefore be issued to the individual/s that you wish to empower to purchase delegate places at events.

6. Where can you use the EGCard?

You can use your EGCard for any of the 220+ briefings, conferences and training events delivered by the participating divisions annually.
