Terms and Conditions of Booking

FEE: For public sector employees, the fee for a single ticket is just £249 (+ VAT). When registering 2 delegates,
the fee is just £225 (+ VAT) per delegate. When registering 3 delegates, the fee is just £199 (+ VAT) per delegate.
When registering 4 delegates, the fee is just £175 (+ VAT) per delegate. When registering 5 delegates or more, the
fee is just £125 (+ VAT). For private sector employees the fee is £995 (+ VAT) for each delegate.

PAYMENT: Payment is due within 30 days of order, unless it is 30 days or less to the date of the conference, in which case the full amount is due within 7 days or order.

*DISCOUNTS: The public sector 1, 2, 3 delegate discount scheme is only applicable at the time of booking. Additional delegates added after the initial booking are not eligible for second or third delegate discounted rates.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be received in writing 10 working days before the date of the conference and will be subject to a £45 administration fee. Cancellations received after this time or not put in writing will be subject to the full delegate fee, which will also be charged in the event of non-attendance. Substitutions may be made at any time.
