FEE : As illustrated on the relevant conference microsite.
DISCOUNTS : The public sector 1, 2, 3 and group delegate discount scheme is only applicable at the time of booking. Additional delegates added after the initial booking are not eligible for multiple booking discounted rates. Promotional codes must be used at time of booking in order to qualify for any other discount offer.
PAYMENT : Payment is due within 30 days of order, unless it is 30 days or less to the date of the conference, in which case the full amount is due within 7 days or order.
CANCELLATIONS : Cancellations must be received in writing a minimum of 30 days before the date of the conference and will be subject to a £99 administration fee. Cancellations received after this time or not put in writing will be subject to the full delegate fee, which will also be charged in the event of non-attendance. Substitutions may be made at any time.
