This position is within the Operations Department of the Expo Division at GovNet Communications. The vacancy is within a team responsible for the successful, high quality, execution of a variety of exhibitions including new launches, working closely with the other departments within the Expo Division.
A Marketing Assistant will be involved in leading delegate acquisitions across Understanding ModernGov’s portfolio of public policy training courses. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent skills in email marketing, data segmentation and copy writing.
Working within the Finance Department based in Manchester city centre, this role is a key part of a small and focused credit control team of four. The primary purpose of the role is to ensure outstanding sales invoices are paid in accordance with agreed terms. The invoices are raised for attendance at conferences, briefings and training courses aimed at the public sector.
